You may browse and shop for personal, non-commercial use. Don't scrape, copy, or resell our content or product photos without permission. Don't try to break, probe, or overload the site.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Let us know quickly at hello@curatedchaos.co if you think it's been compromised.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we ship. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including for pricing or inventory errors. Prices, promotions, and availability can change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are added at checkout.

Payment is due at checkout through our payment processor. You confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping timelines and costs are described on Shipping. Returns are governed by our Return policy — in short, 30 days from delivery, unused with tags/packaging intact, sale and clearance are final.

We try to describe products accurately, but color, fit, and scent can vary in real life. Product photos are for reference. Minor variation between batches is normal for small-batch candles.

All site content — text, photos, logos, product designs — is owned by Curated Chaos or its licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable license to view it for personal use. Everything else is reserved.

If you send us feedback, reviews, or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them to run and promote the shop, with credit where appropriate.

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law. Candles are open flames — burn responsibly, never unattended, keep away from children, pets, and flammable things. Fragrance and topical products may cause reactions; patch test first and discontinue if irritation occurs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curated Chaos is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Curated Chaos is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.

We may update these terms; the updated date will change at the top. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
