Where we ship
Currently US-only. International is coming when we can do it without ruining anyone's day. Get on the waitlist if you're outside the US — we'll tell you the moment it changes.
When it ships
Orders ship within 2–4 business days from a small warehouse with mood lighting. You'll get tracking by email. We don't have a "premium" upgrade — every order gets the same care, because the alternative is unhinged.
Shipping cost
$7 flat on orders under $90. Free over $90. We don't discount the threshold — we just made shipping less expensive than the alternative.
Returns
Unworn hoodies and unburned candles: 30 days from delivery, no drama. We'll send a prepaid label, you send it back, we refund to the original card within 5 business days.
Fragrance is final sale
We don't accept returns on used fragrance. We're not running a perfume library and your nose's opinion is, with respect, yours to keep. If it arrived damaged or wrong, that's on us — see below.
If something arrived wrong
Email hello@curatedchaos.co within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We'll fix it. No phone tree. No bot. A person.
