What qualifies
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and have all original tags and packaging intact. Candles must be unburned. Hoodies must be unworn and unwashed. Fragrance must be sealed.
What does not qualify
Anything opened, worn, used, missing tags, or suspected of use will not be refunded. No exceptions. This includes candles with any wick burn, hoodies without tags, and fragrance with a broken seal.
Sale & clearance is final
Any item marked sale, clearance, discounted, or purchased with a promo code beyond standard offers is final sale. It cannot be returned or exchanged.
How it works
Email hello@curatedchaos.co with your order number to start a return. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label by email. Drop the package at your nearest post office or shipping location — no scheduling, no printer drama if you take the QR to the counter.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we inspect it. If it meets the conditions above, we refund the original payment method within 5 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable. If the item does not meet the conditions, we will ship it back to you at no additional charge and no refund will be issued.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong thing, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. That's on us — we'll make it right.
